Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare your quote, schedule your cleaning and follow up on our service. We never sell or rent your information.

Who it's shared with

Quote requests are sent to our business email inbox (Google Gmail) through an email delivery service (Resend). These providers' servers may be located outside Québec, including in the United States. Before using such providers, we assess that they protect personal information adequately.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Pages with a map display an embedded Google Maps window; Google may set its own cookies when you view it, under Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above — generally for the duration of our business relationship and up to 3 years after our last contact — then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You can ask to access your personal information, to correct it, to withdraw your consent or to have it deleted. Send your request to the person in charge listed above; we'll answer within 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
